Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.
Shipping Market: We currently ship only within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or other regions outside the mainland U.S. are not supported at this time.

Packaging
To ensure your order arrives safely, we pack each item in a corrugated cardboard box, with bottles bubble-wrapped and supported by additional materials such as styrofoam peanuts for maximum protection during transit.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applicable to orders delivered within the state of New York, in compliance with state regulations.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery, return and reshipping fees may apply.
