Our journey started in a small village on the island of Crete

We invite you to be part of our tradition
Our story can be traced back to over 100 years ago when our great-grandfather took it upon himself to uproot and replant the family grove with olive trees from the Koroneiki variety. He arranged these trees in a grid pattern to make harvesting easier for the future generations, thus making sure that the family’s needs in Extra Virgin Olive Oil would be provided for by his estate.
Soon, word on the quality of our oil spread beyond the confines of our village, prompting the next generation to expand cultivation to nearby plots and enter commercial production. We have been producing our signature Family Estate EVOO ever since, never compromising on quality, even if this means a lower yield than competing producers.
What we are bringing to the market is the same oil we are putting on our family table. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Our Journey

One more thing
This is NOT supermarket oil. It is not "light", "refined", "mild" or some other marketing mumbo-jumbo. This is pure freshly pressed olive oil juice. At its finest. No pesticides, no chemicals, no additives, no solvents, no preservatives, no "flavor" enhancements of any kind.
This means that it will pack a punch. If you do not like this, then maybe it is not for you. Maybe you should go back to buying whatever generic oil is on sale at your nearby pop-up grocer this week.
If however you value your health, and if you want to elevate your at home dining experience to a level higher than what your local hipster joint has to offer, then by all means give this oil a shot. Chances are that it will taste different than what you have been used to. But this is probably because you have been lied to about what real Extra Virgin Olive Oil is supposed to taste like up until now.
