Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or withdrawals after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if you are dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us. We may offer a refund or replacement after review. For details, refer to our Return Policy.

7. Obligations of the Consumer during the Withdrawal Period

Not applicable as perishable food products are not eligible for withdrawal. However, we request that you contact our customer service immediately if you experience any issues upon receiving your order.

Our products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with food safety regulations. Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

All prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars) and include applicable taxes for New York state. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or waived if your order qualifies for free shipping. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
