Our Family Estate EVOO is the food staple we reach for the most in our household.
It’s the base for all our sauces, most of our marinades and
just a great way to add monosaturated (the good fats!) fats to any
dish without overpowering it. We sauté fish in it, fry eggs (SO much
healthier than butter), and make the crispiest of chicken cutlets. It
can take high heat like a champ, but it feels right at home
caramelizing onions in low heat just as well.
Oh, and it’s called Family Estate because it is actually still
produced from olives grown in our (extended) family’s Estate in Chania
in Western Crete. Not because a focus group came up with that name.

Top product but the price is too high
The goods arrived well packaged, the quality of the bottle is very good, I will keep it… Taste was very delicious I could even eat with bread. The smell was also very pleasant. When I could only write negatively, the price was too expensive for me.
