Our Organic Early Harvest EVOO is non-GMO, suitable for a paleo-diet and naturally vegan and gluten free. Most importantly, it’s the same olive oil that our family consumes at home. The oil we grew up eating and the one we raised our children with.
The flavor profile of this
oil is sharp, fruity and peppery since this is an early harvest
crop. We suggest that you use this oil raw, as a finishing oil. Use
it on top of grilled fish, as a foundation in a vinaigrette, or
just with some toasted bread and salt. It also pairs exceptionally
well with grilled or boiled vegetables, as it enhances the innate
flavors without overpowering them.
Oh, and it’s called Early Harvest because it is actually harvested at
the very beginning of the season, from mid-October to mid-November at
most. Not because a focus group came up with that name.

Okay, many people think the price is high. But I have to say try it. I have never been able to try such a top product personally and can say it’s worth every penny. For salads, tomato morzarella just great.
